Hawaii Energy is an Energy Star partner in Hawaii. Hawaii Energy has a variety of incentives to help those interested in upgrading their homes for energy efficiency. Hawaiian Homeland/CNHA Trade-Up for Cool Cash
This is a collaboration between Hawaii Energy and the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA). The incentive is offered through the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL).
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
The program is established to help low-income households meet their cooling and heating needs. To be eligible to financial support the applicants should meet established income criteria. The program is operated by the Department of Human Services.
